Dear clients: the short version of how appointments work here.

Cancellations

Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service. No-shows are charged 100%. We hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes past its start time. All sales are final and non-refundable. Thank you for giving us as much notice as you can.

Nail art & extensions

Planning a design or extensions? Tell us when you book so we can reserve enough time for your ideas.

Health & safety

For everyone's safety, we can't work on hands, feet, or eyes with an active infection; our salon isn't licensed to treat infected areas. If an infection wasn't disclosed in advance, we may have to decline the appointment and the full price will still apply.
